These Spanish style red roofed motel rooms all have covered outdoor patios, table, and 4 chairs to enjoy incredible sunsets and lakefront views while cooking on the outdoor BBQ. The rooms are convenient to the Cafe and Gift Store. Outside the guest rooms is a volleyball net/court, shuffle board, grass, sand, and palm trees for an environment second to none for 100 miles around.

ADA Accommodations

Our ADA room features an adjoining door for guests who wish to reserve an adjoining room. The room is also fully equipped for guests who require special needs.

Adjoining Rooms

There are a limited number of rooms available with adjoining doors, however every two rooms do share a patio. There are two choices for adjoining rooms: King & 2 Queen or 2 Queen & 2 Queen.

Meeting Room

Cottonwood Cove Resort has a meeting room available for rent. The room is perfect for:

• Intimate get-togethers such as birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, and anniversaries
• Business meetings
• Retreats

Group reservations are required when reserving 5 or more rooms. Please contact Sonya Michaels at 480-998-7199 ext. 7118 to setup your group reservation.

Reservation Details

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy, do not include tax and are subject to change.
• Peak season rates apply during holidays and black out periods.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
• Group check out is at 10 a.m.
• There is a one-night deposit per room due at time of reservation.
• Cancellations must be received 5 days in advance of planned arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. For a block of 7 or more rooms, a 14 day cancellation is required or deposits will be forfeited.
• All rooms are non-smoking
• Pets are not permitted in any of the rooms.
