    There are a limited number of rooms available with adjoining doors, however, every two rooms do share a patio. There are two choices for adjoining rooms: a king and 2 queen room or 2 queen and 2 queen room.

    Cottonwood Cove Resort has a meeting room available for rent. The room is perfect for:

    • Intimate get-togethers such as birthday parties, weddings, baby showers and anniversaries
    • Business meetings
    • Retreats

  • Reservation Details
    • Rates are based on single or double occupancy, do not include tax and are subject to change.
    • Peak season rates apply during holidays and blackout periods.
    • Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
    • There is a one-night deposit per room that is due at time of reservation.
    • Cancellations must be received 5 days in advance of planned arrival date or the deposit will be forfeited. For a block of 7 or more rooms, a 14-day cancellation is required or deposits will be forfeited.
    • All rooms are non-smoking only.
    • No pets allowed with the exception of service animals.

A one-night deposit is due at booking. Cancellations must be made 5 days before arrival or the deposit is forfeited. For seven or more rooms, the cancellation window is 14 days.

Are the rooms non-smoking and are pets allowed?

All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
