Marina Boat Slip Rentals

Looking for a home for your own boat? Slip rentals are available at Cottonwood Cove Resort and Marina for your convenience.

All boats are due out of slips by 11am the morning after the last night rented. Moorage for 30 days or longer requires a signed rental agreement, proof of insurance and a copy of the current registration. Daily slip rentals are available at $35/day; a courtesy dock (any length boat) is also available from 7pm – 7am for $35/night.

Uncovered Slips (rates are based on slip or boat length, whichever is greater)

• 12′ x 28′ are $320.60 a month or $11.45 per foot
• 12′ x 36′ are $412.20 a month or $11.45 per foot
• 15′ x 40′ are $458.00 a month or $11.45 per foot
• 18′ x 48′ are $549.00 a month or $11.45 per foot
• 18′ x 59′ are $675.55 a month or $11.45 per foot

Covered Slips (rates are based on slip or boat length, whichever is greater)

• 12′ x 36′ are $504.00 a month or $14.00 per foot
• 12’x28’ are $392.00 a month or $14.00 per foot
